Community Plan
The Grandview- Woodland Community Plan (GWCP) was approved by Vancouver City Council in July 2016 after several years of community engagement that included 85 open houses, workshops, meetings, walking tours and 9 public surveys.
The GWCP provides guidance and direction for the future of the neighbourhoods within the Grandview-Woodland Community.
The GWCP identifies the Charles and Nanaimo location as a ‘shoping node’ and designated the site for a 6- storey mixed-use development.
